An itinerant observatory moving around and in the city. It’s an attempt to act on the territory to create small sparks and vibrations in the normal use of the space; a sort of destabilizating operation that can trigger reactions. The point is to stimulate to observe. Multifunctional mobile spaces that can be set up either in existing structures or in temporary structures built for the specific purpose. Squares, road crossings, parking areas, streets, parks… to get to know, to experience and to use the space in an unpredictable and different way. fcarenzi@libero.it |

This work compares the significant demands concerning the real-estate market and the territorial management. Pirelli Real Estate Franchising set the guidelines of the part of my project, towards any kind of potential cells and productive signals. This project deals with a forward looking observatory and develops an open and controllable decisional making process, setting off the people context.
