  "I am...."
  Project leader:
Neil Barrett e Future Concept Lab

“I am……” book is not talking about fashion or trends, but about images, reflections, perceptions... about the conflict of identity, to be translated into Design. Starting from a research on the androgynous, the project becomes a collection of art books related to contemporary artists. The books are sponsored by Victor Victoria and launched each season to show the concept of the collection.

When was the last time you were excited by clothes? Returning to the garment, the feel of the fabric, the way it fits to the body, I have turned the focus back to the essence of fashion - the physicality of the clothing. This should be what appeals about fashion, experiencing it up close, wearing it and giving it a reason to exist... yours.

The Maarriage between Heaven and Hell
  Project leader:
Frankie Morello e Future Concept Lab

The collection that I have proposed for Victor Victoria identifies a new way to approach the companies theme of androgyny. Research and inspiration come from the artist, poet and engraver William Blake, whose work revolves around his visions of heaven and hell, angels and demons, good and evil. Within these perimeters I have used digital print process, leather laser cutting and geometric positive and negative pattern cutting to create this collection.

  Emotional Intelligence
  Project leader:
Mario Sorbo e Future Concept Lab

A vision that derives from the research of technological development, fabric trends, social mood, and the metrosexuality movement and tendency. A vision which explores the need for transformation that comes from different emotions and garments. It is presented by three themes: mutation, interaction and transmission and is focused on the cut of garments, on contrasts in colour, forms and materials.

  Space in crack!!!
  Project leader:
Mario Sorbo e Future Concept Lab

We're given a space to live from God.
We're meant to be happy there by harmonizing with our surroundings.
It isn't easy to keep it all the time. But we're trying to be peaceful in the space in crack. Between the cracks you can see the different world for a new Victor Victoria style.

  Yes! Feminine but..
  Project leader:
Mario Sorbo e Future Concept Lab

Femininity with a twist: for nothing is 100% certain. This idea can be applied to both cut and style of the garment as well as textile effects. The inspiration came from light installation art, in which the main concepts were the change of perspectives and the play with perception.

  Spring of Paradise
  Project leader:
Mario Sorbo e Future Concept Lab

It is passion of freedom, full of romanticism. A place where everything is soft, beautiful and like a dream, where there is no negativeness but endless which gives prosperity and comfort. Plus, the colours would become lighter and softer, as it will be for spring; the style would be more feminine and romantic

  Chimera - a Concept Shop
  Project leader: Ampelio Bucci

I’ve planned to open a multiple brand shop, after my experience in Milan. I started from the research of the shops in Taipei and Milan, to understand what is very trendy for the customers’ need, and to link the characters of the two cities transferring fashion from Milan to Taipei and creating a space where people can feel relaxed living a real shopping experience.

  Sliding Door
  Project leader: Ampelio Bucci

Push the sliding door to the Wonderland where time is sealed in the surreal dimension. Starting from a psychology research on domestic consumer behavior, I’ve designed an accessories boutique to be established in Taipei, which conveys trendy design concepts of famous European brands. White is the tone color of the boutique. Jewelry, optical wear, shoes and bags will be displayed on refined oak wood and illuminating with Swarovski fibre optic lighting.

  Synesthesia
  Project leader: Future Concept Lab

Synesthesia, the pure joining of sensation and the mixing of senses causing colored hearing, gustatory sights, and auditory smells; pure inspiration for creative brilliance. Sound, intangible, is heard through one of our senses and transformed into a real feeling. Thus fashion can be heard as sound can be visualized and further manipulate the final visual presentation of my pure fashion garment that expresses the whole concept to the audiences.

  Linear Progression
  Project leader: Nanni Strada

My project wants to show the passage from the softness to the rigidity of the garment, similar to the evolution of an individual from his/her birth to adulthood. Soft and rigid fabrics allowed me to create different shapes and different effects of volumes and pleats. The result of this Linear Progression is a look that re-proposes in a modern key the elegance and sophistication of traditional High Fashion.

Charmed by the image of a garment trapped into another garment, I have started to realize samples of materials with two faces in which the outside surface does not correspond to the inside one, which is wider, creating an effect of abundance and distance of the fabric from the body.

  Deconstruction
  Project leader: Nanni Strada

The concept of Deconstruction, started by J. Derrida in the 60’s has been re-elaborated in my project, with a touch of Zen philosophy, through the ideas of incompletion (unfinished seam-line or hem), uncertainty of body and clothing, deconstruction of the basic form of the clothing. All this is made to create a collection aimed at representing the human nature.

  Sleepwear
  Project leader: Nanni Strada

Inspired by spontaneity and impulsive moves in bed I decided to name my project Sleepwear. Slumber, dream, embrace, warmth, spontaneity, sensuality, pure emotion, and cozy touch. All outside world is locked out. Embraced by the blanket, pillow and teddy bears, protected, I was drowned in the world of softness and easiness. I was free to do whatever I wanted.
