BUSINESS AND MARKET ANALYST(Publication date: August, 27th 2010)
Main tasks include:
Reporting directly to the Executive Director Marketing & Sales of Laureate Italian Art and Design Education, the Business and Market Analyst is will provide the Senior Management Team with key business intelligence and market analysis in order to facilitate and support business decisions, to put an analytical structure and a control process for admissions budgets, to review and manage CRM projects and workflows, and to develop marketing targets and budget.
• Manage sales targets and field marketing budgets;
• Provide Management Team with regular market and competitor data;
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators;
• Analyze and report on business performance (Budget tracking, Investments & Enrollment);
• Manage CRM projects and workflows in order to meet operational excellence.Requirements:
• University degree, with specialization in: Business, Finance, Marketing or other related filed;
• Minimum 2-3 years experience within a multinational or multicultural environment in the area of Business Analysis, Market Research, Finance or Business Development,
• Excellent analytical skills, good communication and project management skills;
• Fluent in Italian and English; other language skills are a plus;
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Point, preferably some knowledge of a CRM system.
Other relevant skills: Independent, highly reliable, result and service driven, flexible and resilient.
